I’m a highly trained success coach; specialising in confidence, success, and lifestyle management. With my experience coaching celebrities, models, and high-profile entrepreneurs; I have honed my skills to help my clients exceed their goals, gain increased confidence and perform at a higher level in their respective industries.

I’m so excited to invite you to THE JOURNAL CIRCLE 2024 – a small group coaching experience centred around journaling.
Journaling is a master tool especially for emotional healing. During our time together you’ll learn more about yourself, feel more connected to yourself, and also get to experience different types of journaling.
A group dynamic also offers a sense of connection, community, extra support, and added gift of being able to learn from each other.
Whether you are looking to manifest something, get clear on your dreams and goals, move through blocks, dive into some shadow work or work through some body image issues- there truly is something for everyone in this program.
We meet once a week for 60- 90 minutes on Zoom for 12 individually superb themed sessions. The entire 12 sessions package is now only $130 as my gift to you for 2025.
I want to turn Love Month into Self Love Month. I want this to set the tone for a Self Love, Self Devotion, Self Inquiry and Self Respect way of being for all my circle members.

In addition to this, journaling has allowed me to further develop self-accountability by seeing my thoughts and monitoring the goals I have set for myself. Lastly, journaling has allowed me to learn new things. It’s a place where I can take notes and re-visit prior topics, conversations, and newly discovered techniques that I can use on a daily basis to improve my mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Having been under the guidance of Phoebe for close to a year now, i have come to face a lot of my own self in the whole process of working with her. She has helped me in being honest to myself, in listening to myself ad honouring my intuition, even in times when I knew the decisions to be taken would be life changing, but they have turned out to be very beneficial for mental health and over all relationship to myself and others. Her approach to coaching is organic, insightful and very hands on, as it feels like I'm talking to a friend, a sister, a mother, and a teacher at the same time..and it just helps me open up much more easily to her way of listening and sharing her own experiences. It feels real. I can discuss health and life, and the spiritually inclined solutions and suggestions she provides for dealing with difficult emotions and uncomfortable feelings really have brought many fears and resentments up above from my deep rooted consciousness and helped me to face them and let them go.
